Welcome to our website, dedicated to helping you navigate the process of family sponsorship in Canada. We understand that being separated from your loved ones can be challenging, and our goal is to provide you with the information you need to reunite with your family members and create a new life together in Canada.
The Government of Canada recognizes the importance of family reunification and offers the Family Class sponsorship program to facilitate the immigration of certain family members. If you are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident who is 18 years of age or older, you may be eligible to sponsor your child, spouse, or common-law partner to become a permanent resident in Canada.
Sponsoring a family member requires a commitment to financially support them, so it’s essential to meet the minimum necessary income requirements as a sponsor. Our website provides a comprehensive overview of the eligibility criteria and application process for family sponsorship, helping you understand the steps involved and the obligations you undertake as a sponsor.
Effective October 24, 2017, the age limit for dependent children in Canadian immigration changed from "under 19" to "under 22." In order to qualify as a dependant, your child must be within the age limit, as well as meet the requirements of a dependent child
Currently, there is no direct sponsorship program for brothers and sisters of Canadian citizens or permanent residents to obtain permanent residency. However, siblings could apply for permanent residency under certain economic class immigration programs, such as Express Entry, being include as dependent children under parents’ sponsorship, or under orphaned close relative program.
The Private Sponsorship of Refugees Program is an initiative by the Canadian government that allows private individuals or organizations to sponsor refugees from abroad who are in need of resettlement. Sponsors take on the responsibility of providing financial, social, and emotional support to help refugees integrate into Canadian society during their initial period of settlement.

Complete application support is included in full representation packages. While consultation packages are tightly constrained to the allotted consultation time.
The majority of immigration law offices only provide full representation services, and only after an initial consultation do they disclose their rates. I provide unique packages for each program. Before booking your appointment, you can view all the packages on the website, each with a detailed breakdown of the rates.
Here are the steps:
Below you find a comprehensive list of reasons why someone may be deemed inadmissible and refused entry to Canada. These reasons are based on the definition of "inadmissibility" used by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC):
In certain circumstances where there is a valid reason for traveling to Canada despite being inadmissible, individuals may apply for a Temporary Resident Permit (TRP). A TRP is a document issued by a Canadian immigration officer that allows someone who is otherwise inadmissible to enter and stay in Canada for a specific period of time.
While it's important to seek advice and guidance if you have concerns about your admissibility or if you or your dependent family member may be subject to inadmissibility conditions, I recommended to contact us to discuss your options.
By providing “Do It Yourself” packages with consultation meetings can be beneficial for individuals who prefer to handle their immigration process themselves, while ensuring they have the necessary guidance and support. The option of 30-minute and 60-minute consultation meetings allows flexibility based on the clients' needs.
Additionally, offering a "Peace of Mind" package, which includes document review and a 1-hour feedback meeting, can be appealing to those who want an extra layer of assurance. This package provides an opportunity for clients to have their immigration documents thoroughly reviewed by an expert, ensuring accuracy and potentially avoiding any mistakes that could delay or hinder their immigration process.
By offering these services, I'm supporting individuals who wants to take responsibility for their immigration process while equipping them with the necessary tools and expertise to navigate it successfully
It's crucial to understand that no one can guarantee the approval of an immigration application, as the final decision lies solely with the immigration officer assessing the case. The decision-making process is based on individual circumstances, adherence to immigration laws, and the supporting documentation provided.
When seeking assistance with your immigration application, it's recommended to choose licensed immigration lawyers or consultants recognized by regulatory bodies. They have the necessary knowledge, expertise, and professional standards to guide you through the process and maximize your chances of success within the boundaries of the law. avoid ghost consultants or unethical representatives who make false promises or guarantees of success. It's crucial to carefully choose reputable and reliable immigration professionals. Look for those who adhere to ethical practices and offer transparent, accurate information.
In case of full representation, access to the application from the IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) Portal is not available. Instead, applications are submitted through the IRCC Authorized Representative Portal, which is separate from the regular client portal.
However, I’ll update my clients on all IRCC notifications within 1 business day.
I offer assistance to clients from all countries and for various types of applications.
The processing times for applications submitted to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) can vary depending on several factors. These factors include:
Type of Application - Different types of applications have different processing times. For example, applications for visitor visas, work permits, study permits, and permanent residency may have different processing timelines.
It's important to note that processing times can change over time as IRCC adjusts its resources and priorities. To get the most accurate and up-to-date information on processing times for specific applications, it is recommended to use the official IRCC processing times tool.
